Let’s get this out of the way: The plural of lambda is technically "lambdas". I’ve known this for a long time.

And I reject it completely.

I prefer lambdae. It just sounds better. It has more flavour. More chaos. More fake-academic energy. It’s wrong - sure. The -ae suffix is a Latin plural, and “lambda” is Greek.

But it’s my wrong.

And that’s what matters.

I can admit that directly without dancing around it.

Or dare I say... lambadae-ing around it.

Yup.
